A year in Three Cast (M) Sdn Bhd.......

At last I have succeed to create a blog..... too many things I found everyday to share, and here i can share it all........ this month it's going to be a year I joined this company..... the first time I joined manufacturing company.... though i'm not minah kilang (operator) still too many rules to follow..... 8am sharp must scan-in or rm25 cut-off from salary.... if need to go anywhere during working hour need to get exit pass, then need to get signature and chop from the person we met at the destination place.... no internet at work... luckily i'm a bit smart..... i get an IP address then i can have internet access all day.... except when when my boss here... sometime we sit together at my desk to discuss things... so.... very dangerous!! huhu.......

My mother worked as 'minah kilang' too.. though she's not 'minah' anymore.... :-) she's been working at the same factory for the last 16 years, the most senior worker there..... i'm proud of her... by the income she get as minah kilang she's been able to raise us until this moment..... though her pay is not as much as your mum maybe..... she never fail us if we need anything related to our needs in education....... i got my first computer from her epf money.... my only brother too.... even now, her basic salary still not as much as me who worked just a year.... tnx for her chance for me to get a proper education... i do believe... people who worked using their brains get paid more than those who worked with their strenght.... i always would tell this to my kids and to all mothers! get proper education, then you can get a proper job..... that's all for today....
